Habarana

Early in the morning after breakfast visit the Minneriya National Park. Being part of the elephant corridor which joins up with Kaudulla and Wasgomuwa parks, Minneriya National Park gives the opportunity to see herds of Elephants throughout the year.May to October is the best period to visit Minneriya National Park in view of the famous Gathering of the wild elephants. During this period herds up to 300 elephants are seen at the 8,890 hectare park within a few square kilometers of the Minneriya Reservoir. The vegetation of the park consists of tropical dry mixed evergreen forests, abandoned chena lands, grasslands and wetlands. The open grasslands and old chena lands are dominated by the many species of small shrub.

Day 03 :
Habarana

Today head to central kingdom of Sri Lanka. Kandy is a little paradise with a mild temperature that is ideal destination for a honeymoon tour. Nuwaraeliya known as one of the most romantic places in the heart of the country. 1,889 meters above sea level. Located in the central mountainous area, the temperature is 4-16 °C all year round. It is widely known as one of the favorite honeymoon destinations among locals and foreigners. During the British colonial period, many British people lived here, so many British-style buildings are there and Nuwaraeliya known as “Little England”. You can taste authentic British black tea at TEA FACTORY. Wonderful panoramic views of the lush plantations and misty hills can bring your another world. In the evening leisurely spend time in Gregory Lake. It was the most prominent attraction in the area and was used a place to relax by many visitors. In this day you will be able to visit number of beautiful waterfalls, scenic mountain ranges, tea garden and also allowing you to take pictures of those panoramic views.

Although Bentota beach is small, it is a paradise. Hope on a boat and explore the last unspoiled stretches of riverine mangrove forest along the Madu River and help the conservationists at turtle conservation center funded by the Sri Lankan wildlife department at Kosgoda. If you and your lover are wish to engage with some adventure and water sport, Bentota is best spot for that. Go to water sport center & you have options to do the water sports including snorkeling, canoeing, sailing and sailing lessons, wakeboarding, knee boarding, jetskiing, and rubber dinghy rafting and banana boat or Scuba diving available upon request.
