Batu Caves is a limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu (Stone River), which flows past the hill. It is the tenth limestone hill from Ampang. Batu Caves is also the name of a nearby village. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India and is dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the focal point of the Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia.

- Please call the tour coordinator if your pick is delayed more than 15 minutes. Private transfer does not mean that the vehicle is on a disposal basis.
- The maximum waiting time for ARRIVAL pick up for any type (SIC/PVT) of transfer is 60 Minutes from the standard flight arrival time. Thereafter, it will be considered as ‘’NO SHOW’’ and ‘’No REFUNDS / NO RESCHEDULING’’ will be provided.
- Maximum waiting time for TOUR/DEPARTURE pick up for any type (SIC/PVT) of transfer is 15 Minutes from the stipulated time. Thereafter, it will be considered as ‘’NO SHOW’’ And ‘’NO REFUNDS / NO RESCHEDULING’’ will be provided. Hence, please be punctual.
