Welcome to the breathtaking lovely paradise Sri Lanka. Our team representative from Overa Tours will pick you from the Colombo International Airport (CMB). Then you will be transferred to Sinharaja Rain Forest. Check in to the hotel and leisurely spend the day.

Sinharaja Rain Forest/ Udawalawa National Park

After breakfast proceed to Udawalawa

Udawalawe national park is an important protected area in Sri Lanka, which covers 30,821 hectares. It was declared as a national park in 1972 as a sanctuary for the displaced wildlife during the construction of Udawalawe reservoir. The park also protects the catchment area of Udawalawe reservoir. Many species of birds can be seen inside the park. Some of them are red faced malkoha, brown capped babbler, black capped kingfisher, Asian open bill, black headed ibis and lesser pied kingfisher.

After Breakfast proceed to Udawalawa national park. Once finishes bird watching in Uadawalawa national park leave for Tissamaharama(Bundala national park)

Bird Watching Tour in Bundala National Park/ Galle(Koggala)

After breakfast leave for Bundala national park.

The Bundala National Park is an internationally important wintering ground for migratory waterbirds in Sri Lanka. The water bodies create a good feeding ground for the wetland birds, Migratory birds & Flocks of hummingbirds which attracts many visitors. Bundala harbours 197 species of birds, the highlight being the Greater Flamingo, which migrate in large flocks. Migratory birds can be found in very large numbers during the migratory period.

Once finishes the safari proceed to Galle.

After Breakfast proceed to Koggala.

Koggala lagoon which has located few km away from Galle offer enthusiastic feeling for nature lovers who are eagerly seeking to explore and study the natural bio diversity and eco system in Southern area of Sri Lanka. Guest can canoe in Koggala Lake through Mangrove trees and study the natural habitat of endemic and migrating birds around islands of the lake.

After Breakfast proceed to Kanneliya

Kanneliya Rain Forest also has located near to the Galle city is rich in a diverse range of flora and fauna and also especially endemic animals to Sri Lanka. You will get a chance to see monkeys, snakes, chameleons, extensive birdlife and a vast range of tropical trees, plants, and flowers.

After finishes Kanneliya  rain forest exploration proceed to Colombo

Colombo/Airport
