As a Customer Care Executive in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your main responsibility will be to assist and support customers throughout their travel journey, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  2. Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services

  3. Assist customers in making bookings and reservations based on their preferences

  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, or any other travel-related matters

  5. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth customer experience

  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers

  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide suggestions for improving customer experience

  8. Handle escalations from customers with patience and efficiency

  9. Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system

  10. Meet individual performance targets based on quality assurance metrics such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in a customer service role within the travel industry is preferred

  2. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

  3. Familiarity with reservation systems or booking platforms is a plus

  4. Strong problem-solving abilities to provide effective solutions to customer queries or concerns
