Responsibilities:
1. Design and customize inbound travel itineraries tailored to the preferences and needs of clients.
2. Coordinate with suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure smooth execution of tours.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns.
4. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their travel experience, providing support and assistance when needed.
5. Continuously research new destinations, attractions, and experiences to enhance the company’s offerings.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through effective tour proposal presentations and negotiations with clients.
8. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of X years of experience in the inbound travel industry or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and local culture.
3. Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
