Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

All corporate MICE proposals and venue allocations provided by Overa Tours (PVT) LTD are subject to final contract sign-off and deposit receipt. Quotations remain valid for 14 days from issue date unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Schedule

Standard corporate payment terms require a 30% deposit upon contract confirmation, with full balance settlement required 14 days prior to event commencement date.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to event arrival will incur only direct unrecoverable hotel or venue fees. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to standard venue block terms outlined in your specific contract.
